Base360 · Landing Page Design
Base360 unifies every customer conversation, social comments, DMs, WhatsApp, SMS, calls and email, into one AI-powered inbox that replies, qualifies and closes leads automatically. The brief called for a landing page that could sell that story clearly and fast, built by combining Figma Make for rapid early iteration with hands-on design work to give the final page a human, considered feel.
Base360 is an AI-powered platform that unifies a B2C brand's entire customer conversation, every social comment, DM, WhatsApp message, SMS, call and email, into one inbox. AI agents handle replies, qualify leads and hand off high-intent conversations to a built-in CRM, while a marketing layer captures and nurtures subscribers, all tied back to a single customer record.
The brief was to design a landing page that could sell that story clearly: a modern, high-trust SaaS page that felt as considered as the product itself, on a tight turnaround.
The central challenge was distilling a genuinely complex, multi-channel product, social comments, DMs, calls, email, CRM, marketing, into a page a first-time visitor could understand in seconds. Base360's own brief for the page centred on a single example: one TikTok comment, handled end to end by AI, becoming a closed customer with no one lifting a finger. The whole page needed to be built around that story, with the four core capabilities, unified inbox, AI agents, built-in CRM, and marketing and subscribers, supporting it rather than competing with it.
All of this needed to be designed, refined and finished on a short timeline, which shaped the approach as much as the content did.
With a tight deadline, the priority was working smart rather than starting from a blank canvas. I pulled the core of the brief, what Base360 does, the problem it solves, and the TikTok-to-customer hero story, into a detailed creative prompt covering positioning, page structure and tone, and fed it into Figma Make to generate a first working layout in minutes rather than days. I went back into Figma Make several times from there, using the AI to refine specific details: icons that didn't fit, sections that needed repositioning, spacing that felt off.
Once the structure held up, I brought the design into Figma Design to put a human touch on it. The first step was colour: I used Adobe Color to pull a palette directly from Base360's own website, primary, accent and supporting tones, and applied it across the whole design in place of the AI tool's placeholder colours. From there I treated the Figma Make output as exactly that, a starting point. I kept the layout logic that worked, hero, customer story, four pillars, call to action, but rebuilt the typography, spacing and component detail by hand.
With the static design finished, I brought it back into Figma Make one final time to add motion to the graphics and buttons, subtle movement on the hero visual, proper hover and click states, giving a real feel for the live site ahead of development.
The finished static design was brought back into Figma Make to add animation to the key graphics and buttons, giving a realistic sense of how the site behaves before a single line of production code is written.
A landing page delivered within a tight deadline without feeling rushed, combining fast AI-assisted iteration with hand-finished design detail.
A page built entirely around one clear customer story, making a multi-channel AI product easy to understand at a glance.
An animated, interactive prototype that gave a realistic feel for the live site ahead of development.
Using Figma Make to get a working layout in minutes rather than days was hugely valuable on a tight deadline, but the page only felt finished once colour, typography and detail were rebuilt by hand.
Trying to explain everything Base360 does at once would have diluted the page. Anchoring the whole design around a single customer journey made a multi-channel platform easy to grasp in seconds.
Pulling a palette directly from Base360's own website with Adobe Color, rather than guessing, made the final design feel authentically theirs rather than a generic template.
